Prioritise your own fitness without interruption with these classes on offer that are Adults only classes. 

Pilates Boost

 

Pilates Boost is a mat Pilates Class using a combination of techniques and props to ensure you get a full body workout that focusses on core strength and strengthening and tonight the whole body.

Details: 1 hr class - Pilates- mat and standing, TOTAL Barre Exercises and yoga. 

When: 

Wednesday 9:30 - 10:30 am                                 Saturday 8 - 9 am                               

Where: HYCT Building, 29 Granger Road, Howick, Auckland                                                                     

Please bring a Yoga mat, or large towel. 


Pilates Barre

Pilates Barre is a Pilates and TOTAL Barre class using music, the ballet barre, pilates props and the floor to provide a workout that is fun and will increase fitness levels, as well as, strengthen and tone your entire body.

Details: 1 hr class - a fusion of Standing and Mat Pilates, TOTAL Barre, cardio and strength training 

When: Wednesday 6:30 - 7:30

Where: Believe Dance Studio, 6/1 Cannon Place, Pakuranga Heights, Auckland                                                   


Nothing from home required. 


Booking and Pricing Info

There is no commitment to join for a set length of time. Classes are booked casually from week to week which allows you flexibility.  

$18 casual rate

$75 for a 5 class or $150.00 for a 10 class concession card

There are also options to book for the term or twice a week. 

Concession cards can used at any of the postnatal classes and have fair and reasonable expiry on them. T's and C's apply.

* Payment is by Cash or Direct Debit only. There are no EFTPOS/Credit Card facilities.
